GENERAL INFORMATION

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously and hold ourselves strictly to the rules of data protection laws and the European Commission Privacy Statement.

DATA PROTECTION GUIDELINES: THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The correct gathering, saving, and use of personal data relating to third parties and to family members of AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. employees is part of the company's essential principles.

Legal requirements

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. meets the legal requirements for the protection of personal data and commits to respecting the valid General Data Protection Regulation. AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. regularly reviews its practices of data collection, use, and disclosure to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws.

Data collection

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. informs users when personal data is collected for the first time or when it is necessary to share collected personal data with a third party. Personal data is never used for direct marketing purposes without the customer's consent.

Processing and use of personal data

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. collects and uses personal data only with the customer's consent. For statistics, economic analysis, or scientific research, only anonymised data is used.

Data safety

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. maintains the safety and security of personal data and protects its integrity, as far as this is economically possible.

Data access

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. informs customers of their rights and the procedures to access their personal data, and gives them the opportunity to correct, complete, change, or withdraw consent at any time.

Data processing and disclosure to third parties

Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract — for example: contact inquiries, product or service inquiries, orders, or platform registrations.

Our contract partners, service providers, and their employees who receive personal data (name, address, phone number, email address, or other data provided by the customer) for offer preparation, order placement, credit assessment, or sub-contracting on behalf of AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. are obliged to adopt and apply the principles of the GDPR. The legal basis for processing related to contracts with natural persons is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For legal entities, the basis is Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) and Art. 6(1)(c) (statutory obligations). The legal basis for processing related to the verification, enforcement, or defence of legal claims is Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

Data may be shared with other service providers, business partners, lawyers, debt collection services, insurance companies, tax consultants, and relevant authorities where necessary for the proper execution of a contract (with corresponding agreements under Art. 28(3) GDPR where legally required). Such partners and service providers are likewise obliged to comply with Art. 28(1) GDPR.

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. will disclose personal data without prior notice or consent only where legally required — for example, under a judicial or court order.

Data processing of job applicants

By submitting a job application, applicants agree that AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. may process their personal data (name, title, address, phone number, date of birth, education, professional experience, salary expectations, credentials, and any other data or images submitted) for the purposes of evaluating the application, assessing candidate data, and comparing candidates. Applications are retained for 12 months unless otherwise agreed, then deleted.

The legal bases for this processing are Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

Our rights

AUDIOSCAPE d.o.o. reserves the right to update this policy in line with legal requirements. Amended guidelines will only be applied retroactively to previously collected data where legally permissible.
