It has taken few years of research and development for Synthesis to bring to market the new ROMA510AC Signature. The Signature version has on board the XLR input and MC/MM phono stage.
We introduced the toroidal transformers in amplifiers, which led to improved performance.To back this up the design has an over size shielded power transformer for reduce the interference. The MM and MC inputs stage use a low noise OPA with a separate regulated power supply with extensive filtering for reducing the interference and noise. Using an OPA as buffer on the output stage, gives this unit a very low output impedance without losing signal.

The result is 80 watts of pure pentode output per channel built around a double triode 12AX7 on input and a 12BH7 tube as phase splitter and a pair of KT88 power tubes in push-pull configuration for a detailed, delicate and dynamic sound.

Four aluminium feet with an insert of strong rubber. These rubber feet has been chosen to minimise vibrations of the amplifier in isolation from its surroundings. - Binding posts

Components for the Roma 510AC Signature have been selected with great care throughout. Only the best available components are considered & all must undergo an exhaustive analysis of their sonic influence prior to final selection. - Selected tubes
All tubes used are selected after 2 stage warm up. A fully computer monitored machine controls the process & at the end of this, selects the perfect tubes which are then matched for a perfect balance.
